Costituito da ampia zona giorno con divano e SmartTV; cucina dotata di ogni confort (lavastoviglie forno forno microonde tostapane ecc). Due camere matrimoniali e due bagni. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti da noi. Wi-Fi. Aria condizionata. Completano la proprietà un ampio terrazzo abitabile attiguo alla zona giorno allestito con tavolo e sedie e posto auto privato

Appartamento Le Palme

The apartment Le Palme has a modern decoration and includes a furnished kitchen with domestic appliances like electric hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The living room has a sofa, a wifi television with 42 inches and air conditioning. The first bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds both with air conditioning, two private bathrooms with hair dryer included. Sheets, towels and washing machine included. Private parking lot and wifi connection free.

It is located in the ancient village of Sambuca, a village perched around the Church of San Pantaleone, built on black cliffs overhanging the river Serchio. You can relax and recharge your energy.

A pochi km si possono raggiungere: la Garfagnana, il caratteristico paese di Barga, casa Pascoli, la Grotta del Vento, il Canyon Park, la cittadina di Lucca. L'appartamento è ubicato a 50 m dalla stazione ferroviaria. Sono presenti nei dintorni: un bar, una lavanderia, una farmacia, un'estetista, una parrucchiera e una pizzeria ristorante.

La casa è a piano terra con un giardino grande condiviso con i proprietari dove è presente un barbecue ed un gazebo dove pranzare/cenare nelle giornate d’estate. La casa si trova in un punto strategico per raggiungere in breve tempo i diversi e suggestivi luoghi della Garfagnana.
