Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Zum Dorf St. Jakob mit Gasthöfen und Kaufladen sind es nur 10 Gehminuten. Das Haus ist auch im Winter auf dem regelmäßig geräumten Fahrweg sehr gut zu erreichen.
