The house is on Bon Secour river and it’s great for swimming and fishing. Lots of different kinds of fish to catch or if enjoy watching birds this is the place to be. Bald Eagles fly through and rest here as they make their way to the Gulf State Park. Great location!

This is the most affordable studio in this amenity packed, beach front condominium. Our studio is like a hotel room with a king bed, NO balcony and NO beach view from your room but a great comfortable place to sleep when you are done having fun in the sun. There is a sofa sleeper for toddlers, a dining /work table, a kitchenette w/ full sized refrigerator and full bathroom and bedroom area. A barn door separates LR/KIT areas. Parking $50 per stay.

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
