Welcome to The Perfect Location Cottage . There's easy access to all beaches and attractions. Heading west on Gulf Beach Hwy, it's 5 min to the rear gate of NAS, 8 min to Johnson Beach, 10 min to Perdido Beach and restaurants. 20 min to Florabama and Orange Beach. Going east, we are 10 min to Downtown Pensacola and 15 min to the Three Mile Bridge leading to Pensacola Beach and all the attractions. You can also watch the Blue Angels fly overhead on days they practice from the front yard.

This 570 sq foot home is located in a safe, family oriented, quiet neighborhood. Its palm tree shaded yard with large deck, gas grill, seating and hammock is conveniently located only minutes to interstate 10, Pensacola's Airport, downtown and beautiful, sugar white beaches and turquoise water.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

Our Cottage is nestled in a quiet lovely neighborhood that shares a scenic Bayou view, with swimming,boat ramp and access to Pensacola bay closest access by boat to the Gulf Of Mexico. Our neighborhood has a scenic 2.5 mile sidewalk walkway winding around the Bayou for guests to enjoy. Once back to the cottage, you can enjoy our large outside patio, outdoor shower, or barbecue grill outback.
