A newly converted, modern space within the grounds of my home. The views over the garden and Wych valley provide the perfect rural retreat, especially with our donkeys close by! There are 2 bedrooms both of which have zip & link beds so can either be a super king size or single bed configurations. Both have their own shower rooms. The shared driveway is secured with electric gates. We are located in stunning countryside on the borders of Cheshire, Shropshire & Wales, just a mile off the A41.

Only 2 miles from Iscoyd Park, also close to Combermere Abbey and Peckforton Castle making it ideal accommodation for wedding guests. It also makes an ideal base to explore the surrounding countryside. Easy access to Whitchurch (3 miles) Malpas (5 miles) Chester & Shewsbury (20 miles)

Several pubs, restaurants and cafes are within a 10 minute walk. The location is ideal for exploring the north and West of Wales together with Cheshire and Shropshire. This property is conveniently situated close to the town's main bus stop providing links to Shrewsbury and Gobowen railway station. A lovely area to explore.

The 1-storey peaceful cottage has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with additional single bed if required. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer. It has a small garden with seating. Ellesmere is a 1.5m drive, or a 1m walk/cycle along the canal towpath.
