The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

The studio is separate from the house with its own private outdoor space. Kokomea is just 2 mins drive from the beautiful Te Hapua beach and a shorter distance to Sudbury's wedding venue. Sunsets over Kapiti Island from the beach are stunning. Waikanae and Waikanae beach with its restaurants and bars are 6 ks away. Otaki's shops are 10 mins away.

Johns Hut is located in our private manuka and forestry block. It is an idyllic spot with hundreds of acres to explore and with only native birds to join you. There is hot water for you to enjoy for outdoor showers and baths but no electricity and no phone reception, so you can truly relax and unwind. There is a large outdoor fire, self contained kitchen and plenty of beds - all beautifully restored in their rustic form. We would love to host you in our spot of heaven!
