The space is equipped with two reverse-cycle split system air conditioners to keep you comfortable.

You’ve found it! This cosy little cabin is tucked away in an elevated position just metres from the river. You’ll enjoy your own private lawn area. It’s perfect for couples seeking peace and quiet, or a romantic getaway. Across the farmland often has cattle or horses grazing. Follow the zig-zag path leading to the jetty. Tie up your own boat if you have one or launch a kayak and explore downstream. Restaurants shops and cafes are nearby. The property has a security camera in the car park.

The Little Wren Farm, Lake Clifton

The Little Wren Farm is close to the Forest Highway and about 30 minutes from Mandurah. It is set among Peppermint forests and Tuart trees and has a variety of birds from Black Cockatoos to the adorable little Blue Wren. The parrots come in to feed throughout the day and Kangaroos are often seen grazing a few meters from the homestead. The Little Wren Farm is good for couples and business travellers and is a peaceful, quiet little gem in the country. The sleeper couch can sleep 2 children.

Beachside Cottage

Small studio beach-side cottage with everything you need. Has a queen bed and a folding single bed, A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer. Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. It's only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

Welcome to our tranquil studio retreat nestled in a serene coastal community, our open-concept studio space is the perfect getaway for two people looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the WA coastline. Our studio is a cozy and inviting space designed with your comfort in mind. As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the abundance of natural light and beautiful calming plants. The studio is located about 400m from the beach. Please note we do not offer cooking amenities.

We are positive that once you have experienced our villa, it will become your regular destination! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This beautifully presented annexe is a fully self-contained unit. It comes with a full kitchen, laundry with washer dryer, spacious bedroom, large walk-in shower, split system air-conditioning, wifi, great security, serene setting and a great outlook. This annex is close to public transport, Jandakot airport, Fiona Stanley hospital, shopping centres and ARC sports centre. We have free parking available in our drive.
