The Buffum House is a new, clean, and loved 1,200 sq/ft 2nd floor apt. in North Salem, just outside of downtown. Close enough to walk everywhere but slightly nestled into a historic neighborhood that gets away from the craziness. It is the best of both worlds. The train is a 5 minute walk but far enough to not hear it. North Salem has a few coffeeshops and breakfast joints a stone throw away. And, oh yeah, the apartment is awesome! Fourteen miles to Logan airport and downtown Boston. Twenty five miles to the New Hampshire border and thirty eight miles to the Maine border.
