Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

Island Bungalow, located on Bowens Island, a one bedroom 400 sq ft stand alone cottage on the Folly River as part of the owners property with deep water dock with sunset views. Fishing/crabbing/boating/paddle boarding/kayaking available right on the island. Cottage is nestled among mature oak and palm trees for that relaxing island ambiance. Take in the peace, calm, and hospitality of Charleston at this small, quaint, stand-alone cottage. The studio is situated on our property and shares an outdoor lounge and dining area. Located in the neighborhood of Ashley Forest, a small corner of Avondale, you are walking distance to breweries, cafes, wine bars, sushi restaurants and more. Downtown is a 10 minute ride share away, and there is also a bus stop five minutes from the property that will take you to the heart of King Street.

The Spot

Close to Folly and downtown Charleston in an established and charming waterfront neighborhood. Very safe with two parks, one being a Civil war battle site, all surrounded by majestic live oaks, salt water marshes, creeks and rivers. There is wonderful bird watching as well as great fishing and crabbing. Surf is up at Folly Beach just down the road and downtown Charleston is a ten minute drive. The bed pictured is a queen size and the sofa pulls out into a full size bed.

Tiny Shack - Couples retreat

TinyShack has everything you need despite being so quaint. We are close to the city center, parks, airport, art and culture, and Charleston. You’ll love our place because we are one block from the Beach, and 3 blocks from Down Town Folly Beach. The backyard is private. Includes cute kitchenette, and comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. 2 heartbeats only; including all adults, children and infants. We must follow city rules.

Cottage Under the Oaks

A lovely studio centrally located on James Island, The Cottage is about 5 miles to Folly Beach or Downtown. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and almost everything on the island is within a few miles. *No children under 13 without prior approval.* **We do have a 30-day minimum during some dates.
