Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.
