Suitable for 1 or 2 people, the annexe is a lovely space with a kitchenette and full bathroom. Access road is steep and narrow:)

You have your own private shower room and a small kitchenette including small bench-top oven/grill, and fridge but no microwave or stove. Free Wifi and Full access to Netflix Parking is on the road and there are less than 10 steps and a sloped pathway leading up to the front door. We do have a new born child, and so you may hear some sounds from the house, but we don't think this should be a problem

Paremata station is a 20 minute walk away.
