Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and are situated on opposite sides of the home for privacy. 7-10 minute bike ride to downtown, 5-10 minute walk to three vineyards,. Orchard surrounds 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. "Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Charming historic brick home built in 1905. It is very cozy & has lots of character. This house is on a quiet dead end street. We have a relaxing front porch & back patio. There are many great outdoor spaces on the property for adults & kids. Big sandbox & play house. We are walking distance (1 block) from downtown Palisade. Park your car & walk or ride a bike all weekend! You are a 3-10 minute walk from the grocery store, bike shop, bakery, distillery, brewery, restaurants, park, pool & more!

Begin, end or spend your day lounging on the front porch in the shade of mature peach trees or enjoying views of the rugged Palisades seeming to rise just outside the back door.

This newly constructed "Green" home is a mix of modern and country styles and will surely inspire you to enjoy all of the outdoor activities the Grand Valley has to offer. The Perfect Day Getaway house is located on a quaint farm within 8 minutes of world-class hiking, mountain and road bicycling, and river rafting. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.
