A unique and wonderful house, on the edge of a freshwater lake and just a few minutes by foot to the beach. Set in a protected site of natural interest and rich in history and just a few minutes drive into the heart of the Charming harbour town of Paimpol in the Cotes D'Armor region of Brittany. The Famous Isle de Brehat and the Cote de Granit Rose are just a few miles away and there are lots of amazing points of interest all around the area. The house stands on the site of a 12th century watermill once owned by the Abbey de Beauport which still stands just 250 mètres from the house. The house is extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished with Wifi , an open fire and central heating. The garden consists of a lakeside terrace to the front,a decked terrace to the rear and a wooded garden. A lakeside barbecue area.A lawned garden and another decked lakeside terrace. Surrounding the property are woods to 3 sides which have numerous choices of walks,and the sea and the coastal path ( the GR34) which has one of its most charming sections starting right there just 200 mètres from the house. Interestingly the 'St Jacques de Compostelle' or 'St John's Way' walk hase one of its 3 Breton starting points at a granite shell monolith just 50 mètres et from out gates at the Abbaye de Beauport and the path runs through the woods behind the house. Our farmhouse is located 2 km from the beaches of the Bay of St-Brieuc, in the heart of the Côtes d'Armor region. It dates back to the 19th century and was carefully renovated in 2023. Its large garden of over 1000 m² is located in a natural setting, in absolute tranquility, and close to the sea (2 km), including the magnificent Rosaires Beach and the seaside resort of Binic. This family farmhouse is the ideal place for holidays or weekends with friends, ensuring a peaceful stay.

La Maison de Papé is a family house with character, situated on the tip of Guilben, 5 minutes walk from a pretty sandy beach and 10/15 minutes walk from the port of Paimpol and its shops by the coastal path. It has a large garden with flowers, garden furniture and a BBQ. Inside, you will find a patio, a large living/dining room with an old style stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, 2 toilets and 3 bedrooms. The sofa is convertible.
