Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the annex with its private patio area and private hot tub. You will also benefit from private use of the swimming pool every other day of your stay. With a large living area, two ensuite bedrooms and well equipped kitchen The Annex is the perfect rural retreat for couples and families.

Stay at The Courtyard, a beautiful stone barn conversion set in 2-acre private grounds in the Cotswolds, close to Soho Farmhouse, Oxford & Shakespeare's Stratford. Whether you are staying for business or time off, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to visit locally. Convenient location for Bucks Railway centre, Waddesdon, Bicester and within 30min of Silverstone and MK Bowl.

Four Star rated first floor apartment in its own self-contained block with heated outdoor swimming pool in an area of outstanding natural beauty. While secluded and peaceful, it’s within easy level walking distance of Henley-on-Thames and its famous stretch of river. The property is ideal for couples or up to 3 guests. In the summer our wonderful HEATED swimming pool is available to our guests. It is not always possible to have private access as it is used by our grandchildren but please ask.

A perfect getaway, or an ideal base from which to explore the Cotswolds, Oxford, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bicester Village or Blenheim Palace.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
