Set in the hills of Bucks enjoying arguably the finest views in the area is The Annex. The Annex is new for 2025, having been extensively refurbished to the highest standards. Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the annex with its private patio area and private hot tub. You will also benefit from private use of the swimming pool every other day of your stay. With a large living area, two ensuite bedrooms and well equipped kitchen The Annex is the perfect rural retreat for couples and families.

The Gardener's Cottage is a delightful, family friendly retreat with private garden. Set in the grounds of a Queen Anne Rectory, it has 17th Century charm with the convenience & comfort of modern fittings. We are on the Ridgeway, in a picturesque rural setting. The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). The nearby town of Fairford offers beautiful walks along the old mill and a famous church. There is a lovely, quaint pub a 2 minute walk away offering great food and cosy settings.
