Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the annex with its private patio area and private hot tub. You will also benefit from private use of the swimming pool every other day of your stay. With a large living area, two ensuite bedrooms and well equipped kitchen The Annex is the perfect rural retreat for couples and families.

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed that can become another double bed so that if required the lounge can convert to a third bedroom, thereby sleeping up to 5 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar suitable for 2 ( the dining table in the lounge will seat5 ) has Wi-fi and parking is free.There is an additional one bed apartment available that sleeps 4 ( utilising a sofa bed in the lounge)

Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop near the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Enjoy the tranquillity and seclusion of our spacious pool house chalet, complete with private seasonally heated (1 May to 30 September) outdoor swimming pool and all year round hot tub Jacuzzi spa, located on our 30 acre farm and equestrian centre in the rural hamlet of Henton on the outskirts of Chinnor, Oxfordshire. The Pool House is an ideal location for couples, families, walkers, cyclists, coarse/carp anglers and business travellers.
