"Mozzio Antica" è una antica dimora situata nel centro storico della piccola Fraz. Mozzio di Crodo (VB), sulle montagne della Valle Antigorio, a quota 820 metri s.l.m. Nell'anno 2015 è stata ristrutturata con la massima cura e attenzione e nel rispetto dell'architettura locale, donandole toni delicati e preziosi dettagli. Si tratta di una casa di montagna, indipendente, con giardino esclusivo da cui si gode di splendida vista sulla vallata, dotata di tutti i comfort per un piacevole soggiorno.

La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.

Alé Duri - Mountain & Climbing House

The house is located a few minutes from the Formazza valley and from Alpe Devero. Its independent position with respect to the town, will allow you to find your space of peace and serenity at all times. The Terme di Premia are also just 1 km away. For climbing lovers, the famous crag of Cadarese is only 1km away and can be easily reached on foot. Most of the others famous walls of Ossola are just a few minutes away by car.
