Surrounded by the green hills and woodland, the chalet is the perfect place for a relaxing or romantic vacation both in summer and in winter. All comforts are provided: TV, fridge/freezer, shower, washing machine and a laundry, a large garden and a garage.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In inverno partendo da casa con gli sci ai piedi si arriva direttamente sulla pista da sci Sasslong B del Ciampinoi collegata con il comprensorio del Sella Ronda. A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
