This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Historic Home in Downtown for a Couple or Group

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight adults (no children) can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable for smaller groups.
