Overlooking the bay, Port Phillip Bay heads and the shipping channels, the apartment is 10 years with modern fittings. The Apartment Fully self contained with a small kitchen, large dinning/ lounge area and private bed room with a comfortable queen bed. It has a private balcony with uninterrupted views of the water. Ideally sleeps 2 but can comfortably accommodate 4. There are two single divans in the lounge dining area. Across from the property is a safe swimming beach and within a short walk is the surf beach. Location Easy access to the village shopping centre ( 5 min walk) whereby you can access a supermarket, chemist and cafe's. Public transport is located in the village centre (bus services into Geelong). It is an Ideal for base to visit the surrounding areas have to offer- the Great ocean road, Queenscliff, Bellarine and Mornington Peninsula. Point Lonsdale is located 1 and half hours drive from Melbourne or easy access from the Geelong train station via bus (30 min). Avalon airport is 45 min away with a shuttle bus service to Point Lonsdale. Please confirm for availability before making a reservation request as we do rent it out thru other outlets.
