This beautiful ranch style brick home sits on 24 acres of mostly wooded property. From the front porch you have a wonderful view of Hinch Mountain. There are 3 beds and 2 baths with a large open kitchen and dining room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and additional playroom and mud room. The property itself is set up for outside activities by offering a place to play softball or other games such as horseshoes , cornhole or hiking. Relax on the front porch or around the fire pit, wood or gas. Bring your fishing poles and fish the beautiful stocked pond.

An elevated camping cabin that sits on a cliff edge with commanding views of beautiful Byrd Creek. The platform is approximately 450 square feet with power, mini fridge and Bluetooth speaker. It does not have a kitchen or bathroom. There is a large common area with a bathhouse and outdoor kitchen less than a minute walk away. The cabin does not have air conditioning, but several large ceiling fans and insulation keeps the cabin comfortable in summer.
