El consumo eléctrico es cargo cliente a razón de 0.30€ el Kw consumido. Es un apartamento reformado recientemente con terminaciones de altas calidades. Equipado con TV conectada mediante Internet para poder visualizar múltiples cadenas extranjeras. Dispone de aire acondicionado y calefacción. Ideal para parejas.
