The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Enjoy the rowboat & kayaks or bring your own boat. We are on Antique Ally and State Parks are nearby (2 miles away). Enjoy a day at Chucksters, Concord, Portsmouth or the lakes region. Our house is in a quiet neighborhood of older homes surrounded by woodlands yet conveniently located downtown, a half mile from our village green (Milford Oval). Whatever brings you…business, skiing, hiking, antiques, a family celebration or a romantic weekend away…we are looking forward to hosting you!

Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond and tennis court.

Clean, quaint studio apartment on small farm

Enjoy the Old Farm cottage, a studio apartment on our small homestead in the beautiful Lakes Region. It’s a perfect spot for couples, small families, or traveling nurses. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

Little Lakehouse, the Lookout

Cozy up during your next trip to southern New Hampshire! The Lookout, situated right next to a serene lake, boasts luxury and spectacular water views. It's a perfect place for a peaceful escape or chance to experience the wide variety of seasonal New England activities from swimming to leaf peeping to ice fishing. The Little Lake house is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

Rustic Log Cabin on Pawtuckaway Lake

Our Cabin is located on Pawtuckaway Lake in Nottingham, NH where there is year round enjoyment! This is an older cabin built in 1970, with rounded logs and lots of warmth and charm. There is a beach area for swimming, patio for hanging out enjoying the views with a firepit as well as a dock for sunbathing and fishing. There is a public boat launch on the lake if you want to bring your own boat. Close to Pawtuckaway state park for hiking and mountain biking.
