La rocca si sviluppa su 4 livelli. Il piano terra è composta da cucina, caminetto e piccolo bagno di servizio. Al primo piano si trova la sala da pranzo. Al secondo piano è presente una camera matrimoniale. Al terzo piano una camera con letto da una piazza e mezzo e bagno con doccia e lavatrice. riscaldamento a idro-pellets per rigidi mesi invernali La torre offre un'incantevole vista sul centro storico di Fiumalbo e sulle montagne circostanti. Fuori dalla dimora è presente un ampio giardino.
