Lake Loft is a self-contained room above a recently built oak garage overlooking Blagdon Lake. Set in the grounds of our home in the quiet but beautiful village of Blagdon, we are about 20 mins from Wells, 25 mins from Bristol and 45 mins from Bath, there are plenty of things to do and places to explore. The room is open plan, with a king sized bed, sofa, table and chairs and shower room. Whilst there is no kitchen, there are excellent pubs and cafes close by perfect for a relaxing break.

This delightful accommodation is just a stone's throw from the extremely popular village pub.

Cottage retreat by the seaside
This private cottage is in the heart of Clevedon with easy access to the Clevedon beach front from great coastal walks and to visit our Grade 1* pier. There are also some lovely local restaurants to choose from if you do not want to cook. Great for couples, business travellers and families (with kids who like sofa beds). There is a nice TV, WiFi and we are about to install a wood burner to compliment the air conditioning system for the cottage venting in the bedroom and living space.

We offer a large, modern suite/annex with a private entrance and terrace, situated in the quiet, high class residential area of Upper Clevedon. There is a fantastic 180* view of the Mendips and Bristol Channel, with Wales and even Devon visible on a clear day. Enjoy a drink or breakfast from the selection of items we provide, while taking in the panorama from the terrace or take a 10 mins walk downhill to great restaurants and shops on Hill road or few minutes more to the seafront.

The Byre - a grade II listed self contained cottage on a working smallholding. A converted pigsty with an open plan kitchen-lounge furnished with a comfy sofa. A generous kitchen equipped with hob, combi oven-microwave, and fridge inc. utensils, crockery, pots and pans. The bathroom contains a large walk in shower and washing machine. The bedroom has a king size bed and 2 pull out futon chairs, to sleep up to 4 people. Outside there's a dedicated bbq/garden area.
