We are 10 miles from Colgate University, 18 miles from Morrisville State College and 45 minutes to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Cornell University and Ithaca College are 1.5 hours away. There are nature centers with trails (Rogers Center and Wolf Mountain Nature Center), and a classic car museum 12 miles from us.

The apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with a twin. Living room sofa also converts into a bed for additional sleeping space

All located on the same street as this unit, within a short 3-4 minute walk. We are Pet Friendly & are located a five minute walk just down the street, to Greenway Park- Dog Park!!!

Brand new beautiful custom kitchen with stainless steal appliance. Spa like bathroom. The price is based on double occupancy any additional guest will be charged $40 per guest per night Dog fee is $30 per dog maximum 2 dogs. Second sleeping space has no door w/2 twin beds bathroom is in between the 2 sleeping rooms

West Shore Cottage

Enjoy the peace and tranquility our cottage has to offer overlooking beautiful Chenango Lake. A walk down the driveway will lead you to lake frontage where there are chairs and a gas fire pit. Two kayaks are available for use. Chenango Lake is known for its superb fishing so bring your poles. There is also an additional wood fire pit behind the cottage - we provide the firewood.
