From relaxing by the pool, to taking a day trip to Montauk, or visiting some of the best beaches in the Hamptons, the opportunities here are endless! It offers a bedroom with a Queen size Select Comfort bed, living room has two queen sofa beds and a full bathroom. It has a Kitchenette, Central AC/Heat with a 65" smart TV with surround sound and DVD, Blue ray and Xbox Games . There is also a TV and blue Ray player in the bedroom.

About a five minute walk to McCabe’s Beach. Very near to wineries, farms, and the quaint shops and bakeries of Southold and Greenport. Little Fish restaurant and oyster sales all down the street. Quiet updated apartment close to Main St, boats and beaches. This second floor apartment has a private entrance and allows use of the front yard. Our home was built in 1880 but has just been renovated for a modern beach bungalow feel. The location is the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to Marine Park, shops, restaurants, the Hampton Jitney and nightlife. The center of main street is less than a quarter mile from the apartment (4 minutes on foot). Walk to all!

One bedroom suite, with separate entrance in quiet Nassau Point; a peninsula, surrounded by beaches. Nassau Point is a great place to bike, walk and enjoy nature. Fully functioning WiFI for guests looking to extend their stay, while working from home. Fishermen's beach is a 5 minute walk Causeway beach is a 10 minute walk with parking. Point beach, 1.5 mile walk, a Southold Parking Permit required. You will find 20 wineries within 5 miles, just a short Uber ride away.

The Cooper-Burke House

Many Main Street restaurants such as the American Hotel, Lulu's, Page 63, Wolffer Kitchen, Sen, Sag Pizza and Goldberg's, etc are a few minutes away. On Main Street one finds the Sag Harbor Cinema, The Bay Street Theater, Schiavoni's Market and Yoga Shanti. The house is a 12-minute walk to Haven's Beach. 1-minute around the corner from the house is Cavaniola's Wine, Cheese and Kitchen shops as well as the Sag Harbor Beverage store.

Fully self contained with private entrance and hallway. Parking on street close to entrance. Kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, sink, coffee and tea kettle. Strictly 2 person max. Not suitable for infants/children No pets - owner is allergic.
