A beautiful view of the quiet, rural property. 5 minutes to downtown Kemptville. Access to a washer/dryer too!

In the summer you can fish and swim right off the end of the dock on the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.
