It's a 20-minute drive to Saranac Lake and 35 minutes to Lake Placid. It's recommended to have your own vehicle or rental to best enjoy the Adirondacks. Because of its size taxis are expensive and an Uber may take some time to reach you. If you're flying in, the nearest airport, SLK, is 15 minutes away.

Located in the center of Main St., on Mirror Lake, Below the Books, Beside the Lake is a lakefront, 2 BR, 1 bath. apt. We have a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, one of Lake Placid's busiest restaurants is located right next door. There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. The deck spans the length of the house and both bedrooms have sliding glass doors which open to the deck. Both bedrooms have their own spacious bathroom. There is a half bathroom with a washer and dryer off of the main living area.

House on Lake Flower close to Downtown. Close to the Ice Palace, Farmers Market, Rail Trail. Firework displays can be seen from house. Guests have access to the downstairs of the house. The upstairs is vacant (closed off). Picture windows offer views of Lake Flower, the mountains and downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, views, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.

You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the views, and the location. It has its own sandy beach. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids). The rate is for 4 guests, however we can accommodate 5, at an additional charge of $50.

Dog friendly surrounded by woods (one neighbor to the side) 2 bedroom cabin, one bathroom, full kitchen, spacious living room with leather furniture. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a TV. Enjoy the fireplace outside along with the screened gazebo. There is a screened in back porch off the kitchen for enjoying food or drinks, facing the woods.
