Leiligheten er delvis pusset opp i 2023 med totalrenovert bad og malte vegger. Ny tv, sofa og seng (180cm bred). Arbeidsplass på soverom. Privat vestvendt balkong.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.
