Gli architetti dicono che è la villa meglio preservata in tutta la Sicilia orientale Questo monovano è di circa 35 mq, ristrutturato nel 2017 con stile moderno, è composto da una grande stanza con zona pranzo, area cucina completa e un comodo letto matrimoniale. Si tratta di un moderno loft, nel cuore di una villa dei primi del Novecento. È stato appena restaurato e arricchito dalla presenza di mobili antichi. La zona giorno a piano terra con il divano letto e il camino funzionante; la zona notte si trova al piano di sopra, arricchita dall’utilizzo di un pavimento in castagno dell’Etna. Ampio antibagno con armadi su misura a scomparsa, moderno bagno con doccia extralarge. Spazi esterni ampi, giardino e piscina.
