On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Come stay at Grandpa's house! Quiet and private century-old renovated farmstead set in 100 peaceful acres on the wild & scenic Maurice River. Great for family getaways, boy's & girl's weekends, or just tromping around in the woods. Enjoy more than an acre of open meadows, canoeing and kayaking from a free boat ramp/parking two miles away! There is a bonfire pit in the old barn ruins. Plenty of room for a trailer, all your friend's cars, and throwing a ball around at the same time!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home directly overlooking the Mullica River, where you have 270-degree views of water. Recently renovated home included 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Brand new heated salt water pool was just completed April 2022. Our home is close to family-friendly activities, restaurants, & Bay block. My place is good for families and big groups. Walking distance to Harpoon’s and one block walk from AMAZING sunset views!! Close to wineries, breweries & distilleries. We are also Dog friendly and have a dog friendly beach block. (200/per dog non-refundable, fee is not included with booking). Pick up after dog or there will be additional fees.

Come stay in our charming and spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath Cape Cod home located close to Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Rowan University, mall and outlet shopping and public transportation. The main floor has a large living room with flat screen TV and leads into the eat-in-kitchen. The laundry room has a beautiful bay window overlooking the spacious back yard. The upstairs bedrooms have their own private full bathroom. There is ample parking in the driveway for 2 or 3 vehicles.
