Nestled in a quiet suburban street just across the bridge from San Remo with cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance. We are a 20 minute drive to the Penguin Parade, The Nobbies, 10 minutes from the Grand Prix Circuit and 15 minutes from Cowes. If fishing is your thing, bring your rod and catch whiting from the end of the street. Or if you have a boat, the Newhaven boat ramp is 2 mins away. This is the perfect base to enjoy Phillip Island explore the delights of South Gippsland.

Opposite is the nature reserve leading to the beautiful Colonnades surf beach! The Ancient Mariner is accessed through a gate that leads to your private courtyard. On entering the retreat you step into a fabulous, newly renovated private studio apartment located at the front of the main house, this has plenty of light flooding through the large picture windows that are over

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.
