Breakers Sound is a detached, listed thatched cottage that sits within an acre of mature gardens with stunning sea views across the English Channel from most areas of the property. The historic village of St Lawrence sits within an area of outstanding natural beauty, with coastal and country walks on the doorstep of the cottage and easy access to many of the island's attractions. The vibrant town of Ventnor, with all its amenities, bars and restaurants, is a 5 minute drive away.

Foodies Heaven

A light and airy wooden chalet accessed by a path through a fully fenced orchard with seating and a fire pit ideal for catching the last of the evening sun. Dogs are welcome and can be walked within the 8 acres of farmland which extends to the Eastern River Yar and includes a wildlife pond. The chalet is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a Red Squirrel. 5 Pygmy goats in Sue’s garden next door are sure to amuse you.

Chale Bay Farm - Tennyson View

A fabulous stand-alone air-conditioned room with ensuite bathroom and private front door, ideal if you want a room only and to eat out or booking alongside our main self- catering apartments for extra friends & family. Mini-fridge, tea & coffee, smart TV, Blu-ray & WiFi. Super-king bed, sofa, armchair and ample wardrobe/drawer space. Queensbower Cottage stable is newly converted with 2 ensuite bedrooms, one double and one twin. A double sofa bed is also available for use in the lounge with a downstairs shower room and toilet. A cot bed is also available on request. We are situated in an area of outstanding beauty, alongside a bridle path with no passing traffic. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the downstairs of the stable. Our garden is large, child-friendly and surrounded by fields.
