Less than 10 minutes walk to beautiful Freshwater Bay beach and Tennyson Down walks. 10 minutes by car to the pretty Harbourside town of Yarmouth, the Needles & Totland, Colwell & Compton beaches. Tescos supermarket, local fishmonger, butcher & baker just 5 minutes drive away or all walkable.

Parks, play zone, restaurants and shop. During the summer months there is alao an excellent hop on, hop off open top bus service which will take you across the forest. It is just 1.5 miles to the quaint town of Fordingbridge with it's boutique shops and Salisbury and Bournemouth are close by.

New Forest walks/cycles, with ponies roaming free are a few minutes away. Due to the central location, it's easy to access the surrounding area, Beaulieu, Burley, Brockenhurst, the beaches of Milford on sea and Highcliffe. There are many tourist attractions within a short drive including Poultons Park and Beaulieu Motor museum.
