Originally built in 1868, our historic farm house is newly renovated featuring touches of rustic charm paired with modern decor, and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay! We are located just miles from Seven Springs and Hidden Valley Mountain Resorts, Somerset and the PA Turnpike Interchange, and a mile from the town of Rockwood and the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail head!

Flanigan Farmhouse - Cozy, modern 3 bdr on 4 acres

Listen to the frogs sing in the springtime, pick raspberries and blackberries in July, peaches in August, and pears in September, watch birds from the porch swing, relax in the hammock, swap stories around the fire, and gaze up at a starry sky. Our farmhouse is on a quiet, beautiful corner of the Earth and we love being able to share it. It is private and bucolic, but a very short drive to amenities, adventure, and lots of gorgeous outdoor enjoyment.

Pap's Place

Pap’s Place is a single-wide mobile home that has been recently renovated. This property is named after the former owner, Warren Sterner, affectionately called “Pap” by his grandchildren. Warren was a railroad enthusiast. He could never work on the railroad due to the loss of an eye at a young age. This home has been decorated with prints of railroad and local scenes that Warren painted during his life.
