Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Unser Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf den Großvenediger, in nur 5 Fahrminuten sind Sie im Ortszentrum von Neukirchen am GrV. oder Wald in Pinzgau entfernt. Der gratis Skibus bringt die Gäste zur Wildkogelbahn, dem El Dorado für Skifahrer und Snowboarder und mit der „wohl längsten beleuchteten Naturrodelbahn der Welt“ (14 km). Wir sind somit idealer Ausgangspunkt für Bergwanderer, Skifahrer, Langläufer, Radfahrer und Mountainbiker, oder natürlich Motorradfahrer.

Onder het huis is een ruime skikelder met skischoen-drogers en de sauna en zomers kunnen hier de fietsen worden gestald. Rondom het huis bevinden zich voldoende parkeerplaatsen.

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.
