Comodità e indipendenza in questo spazio tranquillo in posizione ben collegata nel vivace quartiere NoLo, ricco di servizi, ristoranti e bistrot. Camera da letto (25mq) con bagno con ingresso indipendente (cucina non disponibile), al primo piano di un palazzo stile vecchia Milano con ballatoio esterno nel quartiere NoLo, a 6 min dalla metro Pasteur (M1 Rossa) e 10 da Piazzale Loreto. Ascensore non disponibile. Per la legge italiana, dovrò vedere il tuo documento al check in, in persona.

La dependance di Villa Verganti Veronesi si trova all'interno di un contesto storico in stile anni '20, che mette a disposizione dei suoi ospiti un ampio parco con piscina. Situata a pochi km da Milano e Dall'aeroporto di Milano Malpensa. La Depandance è solo ad uso alloggio. Non è adibita per lo svolgimento di eventi. I quali devono essere richiesti a parte, ivi incluse feste, compleanni, eccetera. Il parco è la piscina sono condivisi con gli altri ospiti del B&B durante il soggiorno.

Situato in un condominio tranquillo, con entrata indipendente il mio alloggio è a 10' a piedi dalla stazione FS e quindi molto comodo per chi deve andare a Milano e a RHO FIERA(35').Inoltre è a 15'dall'inizio della zona pedonale (centro) e a 5'dalle fermate degli autobus. L'alloggio è adatto sia a singoli che a coppie e a chi viaggia per lavoro. Parcheggio libero nella via. In zona ci sono diversi negozi, bar, ristoranti e un supermercato. Dispone di angolo cottura e frigorifero
