Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Attached to the back of our home, this separate entrance, mother-in-law suite in West Nashville offers a 700 square foot space that includes one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, living room, large bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, kitchenette, table for two, dedicated work space, and high speed wifi. We are local Nashvillians who for over 35 years have hosted students, artists, musicians and songwriters in our Historic Music Row home, Songbird House. Our upstairs apt, the Songbird Spot, is steps from Belmont University, moments to Vanderbilt, minutes to downtown, 1.5 miles from the convention center and in walking distance to 12 South, Downtown, Edgehill, Hillsboro Village and more, you won't find a better spot in all of Nashville!

Located in one of the best parts of East Nashville, this apartment is located 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and a stone's throw from some of the best restaurants in East Nashville! This is a private apartment above our garage within our house. You will access the apartment through a private side door and walk through the garage, then up the stairs to the private apartment. There is no shared space aside from the gym in the garage (which you are welcome to use during your stay).
