Fully fenced in yard with turf grass. One bedroom with a low profile queen sized bed. In unit washer/dryer. Full bath with tub. Newly renovated kitchen with major appliances: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso maker & microwave. Sheets & bath linens provided. Minisplit A/C. Home is all one level.

Private Cozy Third Floor Space

This was formerly a servant's quarters in a large colonial home on the third floor and accessed by a private stairway that leads from the first floor to the third floor. The living room and bedroom are both large with original wood floors and are appointed with a comfortable couch, chairs, full-sized bed, books, wall decorations, a big flat screen TV, private bathroom with tub and shower with all newer fixtures and there is also a small refrigerator and micro-wave. It is a totally private space.

We welcome you to our comfortable getaway one block from the sea ! Beautiful and newly renovated. Located in a family neighborhood with houses close together so very important that our guests are respectful, in terms of noise and disturbances . Absolutely no parties are allowed. As a tight knit neighborhood, we will be alerted if house rules are not obeyed . We love treating guests with special touches upon request. Additional amenities, for a fee, can enhance the enjoyment of your stay.

Marblehead Tiny House

This new 360 square foot tiny house sleeps four comfortably. A mile from old town, down town, and just steps from Salem Harbor for breathtaking sunsets. The house is located in private, wooded back yard of our home. Kitchen is outfitted with small refrigerator, instant pot, air fryer, hot plate with pots and pans, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, as well as glasses, plates, flatware, etc for eating in. Kitchen table and chairs comfortably seats four.

The product of a complete gut renovation in 2020. The unit is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.

The Airbnb is a spacious ground floor living space surrounded by a private cove that is truly breathtaking. 1000 square feet of sunlit comfort. Enjoy the sound of the waves, stunning sunrises and a landscaped back patio that abuts our cliff. In the summer take advantage of the town beach down the street. During the winter relax in front the fireplace. Top it all off with hi-speed Wi-fi – it's a perfect getaway.

The great room has 25' ceilings, a 70" flat screen TV, and 2 seating areas. Modern kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, private balcony, and en suite bath. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony. The third bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath.

House is located between Boston and Salem , we’re 4.1 mi from Downtown Salem, 8.3 mi from Boston Logan International Airport, 10.0 mi from Downtown Boston, and just 1.0 mi from the beach. Parties are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking inside. Tampering with or disabling smoke or CO detectors is a safety violation and will result in a $1,000 fee. One car parked at the house. There is an Airbnb apartment located downstairs. Backyard is shared among the guests - please be considerate.
