This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. The first floor of a two-story reinforced concrete residence located in part of the "Samurai Residence Walking Course" designated by the Higashi Ward of Nagoya City. It is available entirely for private use and covers over 100 square meters in size, with a terrace and garden space. 10-minute walk to Tokugawa-en Garden and a 10-minute drive to Nagoya Dome (Bantelin Dome). 5 stops to Nagoya station by subway (12-15 min. walk to the nearest station) and 2 stops to Sakae (center of Nagoya).
