The Dinghy - A traditional Fishermans cottage, it is one of the oldest properties, nestled into the coastal village of Coverack. It been in our family for around 200 years. It provides a modern, quirky interior with traditional beams, note ceiling height is around 6’, there is a enclosed south facing sunny terrace looking out to sea. Situated just a stones throw from the crystal clear waters of Coverack beach, which is safe for swimming and direct access onto the South West Coastal Path.

Breathtaking views St Agnes

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Bean Chalet offers self-contained accommodation, with one double bed for up to two people, whether you are looking for a short walking break or a romantic stay. Outside there is a secure, private seating/bbq area, perfect for relaxing in the evening sun. Close to our village Co-op and a walk to the local pub.
