We provide our guests with clean bath towels, drinking water, toiletries and complete kitchen amenities so that guests will have less things to bring on their trip. What we love about our unit is that we can cook our own food which lets us save a little so we can have more to spend for other sports and activities in the resort.

Our unit is originally acquired for personal weekend use, where family & friends could gather and bond. Now, we are sharing this with our guests to also experience the same joy, comfort, & sense of togetherness. For the design, we adopted a minimalist approach. We intentionally kept it simple, spacious, airy bec of its high ceiling & well-lit ambience, evoking a sense of calm & clarity. This thoughtful design creates a relaxing feel that encourages rest, reflection, & genuine comfort.

Pico de Loro 1 BR Mountain View

My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The maximum allowed number of guests in our unit is 6 person including infant, child or adult, yayas, driver. No Pets allowed. All guests should bring valid government issued IDs upon entering Pico. Please observe check in (2pm) and checkout time (12 noon) as bookings are back to back and make sure to bring face masks, face shields and whatever protection you need.

Spacious corner suite separate bedroom, with both mountain and lake view. With WIFI (FiberX) and NETFLIX good for work from home set up! Comfortable for 6 pax but can fit 7 pax, with extra room charge. Complete basic kitchen and dining equipments! (updated equipments by June 2026). Generally no towels and toiletries but for this room we can provide 2 pieces towels and 2 set of toiletries.
