We are happy to announce that from NOVEMBER 1st, 2025, the Safira dome family and group friendly up to 2 people. We are adding a beautiful custom-made sofa bed with the addition of a privacy screen and evolved deck experience for our groups. Our expansive 8m dome offers space for unwinding and connecting with Monteverde's vibrant flora and fauna. Casa Guarumo has 5 private bedrooms and can sleep up to 24 people, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the house has large common areas perfectly designed to have a cozy and fun cloud forest experience! Jaguar Houses is conveniently located between the center of town and some of the most popular attractions in the area such as Canopy Zip Lining, Suspended Bridges and the Santa Elena Nature Reserve. Inspired by Nordic architecture, Jaguar is composed of 3 independent homes, elevated on pillars, giving you the impression of floating on the trees. The 3 houses are identical however the view can slightly change from one to another. The photos used for each listing are a mix of the 3 houses.

Oct 25: We have just completed a full remodel of this lovely house. It now has two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, deck, and laundry room all on one level and with wide doors to make it wheelchair friendly. My mother built this as her retirement house. She wanted a cozy, comfortable, house with a beautiful view. Wood floors, fireplace with firewood provided for the chilly Monteverde nights, beautiful windows so that you are looking down on the tops of the trees in the river gorge.

The main room has a private bathroom, and 2 rooms with a shared bathroom. It also has a large parking lot and green area in which you can see beautiful birds and wildlife.
