Casale immerso nella Natura

Benvenuti a Montevento! La porzione di casa in affitto fa parte di un antico casale in sasso risalente al 1600. Luogo perfetto per immergersi nella natura, ci troviamo a 700 mt s.l.m. , ai margini di un castagneto secolare e del bosco. E' possibile godersi varie passeggiate tra cui il sentiero CAI 422c Dragodena-Vedettola passante davanti alla casa. Raggiungibile solo attraverso mezzi privati, dista 45km da Bologna, 48km da Modena e 100km da Firenze. La strada di accesso al casale è asfaltata.

Rilassati nel nostro appartamento, situato al piano terra e dotato di una camera matrimoniale luminosa e curata. Luogo ideale per una fuga rilassante dalla città, immerso nella natura ma vicino a tutto ciò che serve. Goditi il tuo giardino privato perfetto per colazioni all’aperto. Vicino a negozi, farmacia, pub, ristoranti e pizzeria . E' immerso nel verde con sentieri CAI, ideali per passeggiate, trekking e bici. Nei dintorni scoprirai borghi storici, cultura locale e panorami mozzafiato.

a soli 8 km dall'autostrada, uscita Rioveggio, e a 3 km dalla stazione ferroviaria, per andare a Bologna o a Firenze in circa 1 ora, avrete un ampio monolocale di 40 metri quadri con entrata indipendente. A due passi il Parco di Monte Sole e nelle vicinanze la Rocchetta Mattei e i monti del Corno alle Scale La cucina è completa con stoviglie e tegami, microonde e macchina del caffè, con a vostra disposizione caffè, orzo, camomilla e te, qualche brioches, acqua gasata e naturale e latte.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Beautiful courtyard apartment set in over 20 acres - the location is just right for relaxing, and eating some of the best food in Italy. If you love mountain biking or hiking this is perfect. We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. Loft incantevole nel cuore dell' Appennino

La "Locanda di Goethe" è un incantevole loft che si trova nel centro storico di Loiano, un piccolo paesino di montagna sulla Statale 65 della Futa, la splendida strada che collega Bologna a Firenze. Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". Lo stile caldo ed avvolgente degli interni, la vasca a vista ed i dondoli vi faranno vivere un' esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.

The apartment is located in a complex of three ancient houses whose origins date back to the thirteenth century, one of which is a manor house. Everything has been renovated in a country style. It is surrounded by a large park which includes fruit trees, a pond and a swimming pool area all immersed in the woods. Wery good restaurants cloose the house. Archery, walks, mountain biking, astronomical observatory, massages, yoga, ...etc....

The Tower in Borgo Fontanini

The Tower, a striking fortified stone structure dating back to the 1500s, is one of the most iconic buildings in the Borgo Fontanini. Inside it features three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. Please note: access to the property includes a short stretch of unpaved road, and the interior of the tower features steep stairs, typical of historical buildings of this kind.
