Il casolare dove viviamo e dove vi invitiamo è sotto il borgo di Mondaino, costruito a meta' 1800 e ristrutturato negli anni 80 da una coppia di artisti londinesi, che lo ha abitato fino a poco fa, donandogli uno stile semplice ma creativo. Da anni ospitavano su airbnb e noi con piacere portiamo avanti il progetto.

Torre dei Battagli-Dormi in una torre medioevale

Sulla ciclabile che da Rimini porta in Valmarecchia si staglia una torre medioevale risalente al XIV secolo. Fatta erigere da un facoltoso riminese Fusso de’ Battagli. Un tempo torre di guardia di una estesa fattoria fortificata, custodiva grano e prodotti della terra. La gente veniva qui nel ricetto per cuocere il pane. Oggi questo non succede più ma la torre mantiene un suo fascino come luogo fortezza dentro cui rilassarsi e sentirsi protetti .

La casa si trova a Montefiore Conca, uno dei piccoli borghi più belli d'Italia ("bandiera arancione"). A 5 minuti di auto si trova Morciano di Romagna. Sono facilmente raggiungibili anche Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica, Pesaro, Gradara, Urbino, San Marino e San Leo. La casa è collocata in splendida posizione panoramica, vista mare e colline: è un'oasi di pace e serenità, immersa nella natura.

Geniet van de unieke sfeer in 'Oasi del Convento', een prachtig appartement in een voormalig klooster uit 1476. Gebouwd in de tijd dat Leonardi da Vinci zijn meesterwerken schilderde. Het appartement heeft een privé tuin, een eigen parkeerplaats en een zelfstandige ingang. Buiten is het heerlijk genieten bij het zwembad, in de eigen tuin of op de binnenplaats.

Casetta Adelina, casa nel bosco. Is a cabin in the woods, where you go back to basics but with comfort. Wonderfully quiet place among the trees, with a private terrace and a hammock. There is no television, no (limited) WiFi and no heating. But it does have a bathroom with toilet and shower and a limited kitchen (no cooking stove).
