Incredible house with private terrace and hot tub!

Beautiful rustic fully modernised 1 bedroom house with the most incredible views and huge terrace with hot tub, outdoor shower and grill. Perfect, private, idyllic and romantic. Fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and central heating. House consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a sofa bed on upper floor with a spiral staircase taking you to a hallway, double bedroom and shower room. Terraces on both levels. Huge garden with fruit trees and an amazing private terrace.

Si trova nella frazione Pianosenatico del piccolo borgo medievale di Cutigliano, immerso nel verde della montagna pistoiese. Dalle finestre si gode di un bel panorama sulle montagne. La composizione della casa la rende ideale per una vacanza in famiglia, ma anche per un romantico soggiorno in montagna. Adatta per bambi sotto 5 anni.

La casa è situata in centro all'Abetone ma immersa nel verde con una splendida vista sulla vallata. Luminosa e soleggiata, ha tre camere da letto, una matrimoniale e due piccole con letti a castello (uno dei due può diventare matrimoniale). Lenzuola e asciugamani NON sono presenti. Un bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura e deposito sci. Area verde di proprietà. Ottima in estate per chi ama tranquillità e natura, ideale nel periodo invernale per chi ama sciare (impianti di risalita a 50 m).
