Ha un bel terrazzo ombreggiato sul quale pranzare e cenare in un contesto molto rilassante, con vista sui boschi, su ville d'epoca e sull'Anfiteatro Morenico di Ivrea. Si trova circa ad 1km dal centro città, in un area verde inserita nel parco naturale dei 5 laghi di Ivrea e dista solo 30 minuti da Torino e 60 minuti dalle piste di sci del Monterosa Ski.

“La casa del bucato” è stata così chiamata perché è posizionata nelle vicinanze del lavatoio che un tempo (e qualche volta ancora oggi) veniva usato dalle donne del borgo per fare il bucato, “l’ansiva” appunto. Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.
