Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Au Port, proche centre et plage, emplacement privilégié, appartement traversant, lumineux offrant vue mer et colline. Calme absolu. Salon (grand canapé) et cuisine américaine bien équipée pour 4 personnes. Chambre (lit queen size) avec salle de douche attenante bénéficiant comme la chambre d’une grande fenêtre. A proximité immédiate: commerces, restaurants, tramway, bus, train. Pas de parking privé mais plusieurs places publiques gratuites possibles à proximité immédiate. Parking payant proche.

My name is Christine and I would like to introduce you to Sabine and John's home in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Both of them works full time in Berlin. They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. The entire 2 bedroom and bathrooms apartment was been totally renovated a couple of years ago with all modern amenities.

Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.
