It is located on the top floor of a 6 unit apartment building. We aim to rent all other units to working professionals who keep normal hours and maintain a respectful noise level. The building offers coin operated washers and dryers along with one off-street parking spot per unit. No pets.

There are two grocery stores within a mile as well as a local tavern with amazing food and cold beer. ( one block away) The apartment is day bright and cozy at night. Queen bed. Fresh, clean and spacious. Full kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Private entrance and outdoor living space.

Relax at our convenient getaway- a simple loft, recently renovated, perfect for a small family, couple, or small group of friends! Only a short drive or uber trip to downtown, WVU, and the stadium. Our space is new and we are still working out some details. We do not have finishing touches like coffee and large trash cans. The loft is its own space, completely private and separate from the first floor. Listing update- frig is working!

Located close to both hospitals, stadiums, and popular dining options. Quiet, ground level, Creekside condo. We encourage in stay communication to ensure the best stay possible. The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.
