The apartment is located in a new building on the 1 st floor and has 2 separate entrances. There is a big playground and a football field in the yard. There is a supermarket & a sport club with swimming pool in the block.

A vintage cozy house next to the forest. There are fishing rods and a bicycle if you like to explore interesting locations near the house. Grill-Fireplace to cook meat and vegetables, or sit by the fire. You can swim in the pool. There is a workshop if you enjoy creative activities. The house has 2 sofas and folding chair (5 people can sleep) If not staying overnight, up to 9 people can relax. There is no air conditioning, but the house is thermally insulated.
